What is a Consumer Complaint?
A consumer complaint can be filed against:
- Defective goods (faulty products, expired items)
- Deficient services (poor work, delayed service)

Three-Tier Consumer Court System
- District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum (DCDRF): Claims up to ₹50 lakh
- State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (SCDRC): Claims ₹50 lakh to ₹2 crore
- National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC): Claims above ₹2 crore
How to File a Complaint
